Delete your AIMERICA account

This page is for the AIMERICA app (AIMERICA Business Phone & AI) published by Empire Sales Group USA Corp (d/b/a AIMERICA).

How to request deletion
Email sales@a1merica.ai from the email address on your AIMERICA account. Subject: Delete AIMERICA account. Include the account email and any AIMERICA phone numbers you use.

What we delete

Your login and profile (name, email, account settings)
Access to the AIMERICA app and workspace
Contacts you stored in the app
In-app call history, recordings you control, voicemail, and SMS content we hold for the account

What we may keep

Records we must keep under telecommunications or tax law (for the legally required period)
Anonymous billing or fraud logs that no longer identify you
