SMS Consent & Disclosure: By submitting your contact information and creating an AIMERICA account, you give AIMERICA your written consent to use SMS capabilities on the platform, including sending and receiving messages from your assigned phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on usage. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. - Opt-in: Consent is collected during account registration on our platform.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information.
- Message types: Appointment coordination, account notifications, verification codes, customer follow-ups, and general business communication.
- Content monitoring: All messaging activity is subject to platform compliance monitoring. Unsolicited bulk messaging is strictly prohibited.

- Call audio and recordings when enabled for your account or required for quality / training features you turn on
- Speech-to-text transcripts and AI conversation logs used to run receptionists, IVR, and agents
- Voicemail audio and transcriptions
- Calendar, contact, and CRM fields you connect for booking and follow-up
- Meet / video session metadata when you use AIMERICA Meet
- SMS/MMS content and delivery receipts for numbers on the platform
We use subprocessors for carrier connectivity, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and model inference under contract. We do not sell your call content. Retention follows your workspace settings and legal requirements.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest

- Regular security audits and monitoring
