Uptime commitment
What we promise for the phone service, how we measure it, and what you get back when we fall short.
The commitment
The AIMERICA phone service - placing and receiving calls on your AIMERICA numbers - is available 99.9% of the minutes in each calendar month. That is at most about 44 minutes of downtime in a month.
What counts as downtime
A minute counts as downtime when our monitoring confirms that calls cannot be placed or received on your numbers because of a fault in our service. Our monitoring runs every five minutes and needs two failures in a row before it counts, so a single blip does not. The same monitoring writes the public status page; its history is the record.
What does not count
- Your own internet connection, power, devices, network or firewall.
- An outage at the telephone carrier or on the public telephone network that affects more than our service, including a carrier-wide outage of a whole region.
- Planned maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours ahead on the status page, at most four hours a month, outside business hours (Eastern time).
- Suspension of your account for non-payment or a breach of the Terms.
- Features marked beta or preview, texting, faxing, the AI receptionist and the website: these are monitored and shown on the status page, but the credit below applies to the phone service.
- Events beyond anyone's reasonable control (force majeure).
Credits
| Monthly availability | Credit |
|---|---|
| Below 99.9% and at or above 99.0% | 10% of that month's platform fee |
| Below 99.0% and at or above 95.0% | 25% of that month's platform fee |
| Below 95.0% | 50% of that month's platform fee |
The platform fee is the month's platform access and seat charges on your AIMERICA invoice; usage, numbers and AI credits are not part of it. The credit is applied to your next invoice. It is your sole remedy for downtime; the Terms say the rest.
How to claim
Write to sales@a1merica.ai within 30 days of the end of the month, with the dates and times you saw the problem. We check them against the monitoring record and answer within ten business days.
The record
The status page shows the current state and 90 days of history for calls, call quality, voicemail, texting, the app and the website. The history restarted on 20 September 2026, when the service moved to its Miami servers; earlier days are not shown.
