Texting and opt-outs
Business texts, STOP, and your do-not-contact list.
- Text from any of your numbers in Messages. Press Enter for a new line; the Send button sends.
- If someone replies STOP we stop texting them from your company immediately. That is the law, not a setting.
- Settings → Do not contact shows everyone who has opted out, and lets you add numbers yourself.
- Pictures sent to you are kept with the conversation.
US carriers require business texting to be registered (10DLC). Until your registration is approved, some texts may not be delivered.
