Add a teammate

Invite someone; they choose their own password.

1. Open Team and add a person: name, email and role.
2. Leave the password empty. They receive an email with a link and choose their own — nobody else ever knows it.
3. They are given the next free extension (101, 102, 103…). You can change it.
4. Assign them a number if they need their own line.

The invitation link works once and lasts three days. If it expires, remove the person and add them again, or have them use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.
