Keep your existing number

Moving (porting) a number from another provider.

You can bring numbers from almost any provider. Nothing changes for your callers, and your old service keeps working until the moment the number moves.

In Numbers, choose to move an existing number.
Enter the number, the name on the account with your current provider, the service address and, if they use one, the account number and PIN.
Sign the authorisation.
We send the request to your current provider and email you the date once it is confirmed.

Do not cancel your old service first. Cancelling releases the number and it may be lost. Cancel after the move is complete.
