Business hours and call forwarding
What happens when you are closed, or away.
Both are set per number, in Numbers.
- Business hours: choose your open hours and what happens outside them — voicemail, or forward to another number.
- Forward all calls: send every call on that line to another number, for example your mobile while you travel.
Forwarded calls use your minutes, because AIMERICA places an outbound call to the number you forward to.
