Set up a desk phone

Plug it in; it finds us.

Phones ordered from AIMERICA arrive set up: plug in network and power and they register by themselves.

For a phone you already own, open Settings → Desk phone for your username and the server name (sip.a1merica.ai), and enter them in the phone's account page with your AIMERICA password.

• The phone must reach the internet on UDP 5060 and 12000–12800. Most offices need no change.
• If the phone shows “registered” but calls have no sound, the office firewall is blocking the audio ports.
