Install the apps

iPhone, Android, Mac and any browser.

iPhone and Android: search for “AIMERICA Business Phone” in the App Store or Google Play.
Mac: download from a1merica.ai/apps.
Any computer: sign in at a1merica.ai/voip — nothing to install.

Allow the microphone and notifications when asked: without notifications the phone cannot ring for an incoming call.

In Safari on an iPhone, calls play through the speaker — a browser cannot choose the earpiece. The iPhone app can.
