The five things to do on day one.

A new AIMERICA account works as soon as it has a number, a 911 address and someone to answer. In this order:

Confirm your email from the message we sent when you signed up.
Choose or move a phone number (see “Get a phone number” and “Keep your existing number”).
Enter the 911 address for that number. The app asks for it before calling is switched on: it is where help is sent if anyone dials 911.
Invite your team (see “Add a teammate”). Each person gets an extension automatically.
Install the app on your phone and sign in (see “Install the apps”).

Record a voicemail greeting before you give the number out. Until you do, callers hear a spoken greeting with your name.
